Do you feel a chill?

via My Left Brain:

Putin wanted Bush re-elected not because they’re soul mates but because Bush’s pre-emptive doctrine on terrorism provides cover for Putin’s nuclear ambitions. He can now develop any kind of weapon system he wants and say “We have to protect ourselves against terrorists” and Washington can’t protest without seeming extremely hypocritical.

Couple that with some of Putin’s hardline reforms that are taking Russia backwards politically, and Bush may succeed in undoing what republicans believe is Reagan’s greatest legacy: ending the cold war.

Anyone feel a chill?

I feel a chill.

2x Tuesday

Filed under: Work, Schmork ... — MalSnay @ 2:11 am

So at the Domino’s I work at, every Tuesday we have “two for tuesday” – buy one, get the second one free. On one hand, that’s nice because Tuesdays are very busy. On the other hand, it sucks because all the cheap asses order.

In our delivery area, the average tip (not including mileage) is in the $4 range. Most Tuesdays – because the cheapasses (“I have a million dollar house and two H2s but can’t afford a $5 tip because I’m a damn dirty whore!!!!!”) are ordering – my tip average usually drops to about $3. Today – well, yesterday, I suppose – my tip average was all time LOW of $2.15.

I hate Two for Tuesdays.
