In Wisconsin, lawmakers want to make it so people can shoot cats.

The cats in Michigan, however, don’t plan to even allow that nonsense to spread to their state! They’ve started shooting people, first! Which just goes to prove the notion that yes, cats are smarter than dogs - after all, have you ever seen a dog that was able to shoot someone?

Rachael sent me an e-mail, and my first reaction was, “What? I didn’t think Rachael was big on those crappy magnetic ribbons you spend five bucks on, ten cents of which goes to the troops!” But, actually, they’re spoof ribbons, and they’re awesome! I think I’m going to get this one.

I am so completely frustrated with my credit situation at the moment. Things were looking so up, too - and then I did taxes. $400 Federal, $200 state. And in case you’re thinking that’s what they owe me, nope, that’s what I owe them. To top that off, I’ve also got my quarterly health insurance bill due this month, and what this means - in a nutshell - is that I’m going to be lucky to afford to meet my minimums on my credit cards.

Yeah, I know, I got myself into this debt, I should get myself out of this debt. I’m just really feeling that weight this month. My goal is to have all of my March-due bills in the mail by the 20th, so even if I only mail in my minimums, I can hopefully get a running start at my April-due bills.

Anyone want to go into the bank-robbery business?

Note to self: Never send kids to a school where the snack is a “root that’s poisonous if not prepared correctly“, because chances are, it won’t be.
