Birds don’t belong in laundry rooms, I tried to tell it, but it didn’t listen to me and just stood there as I got my laundry out of the machine. I left it in the dryer overnight so who knows when the bird decided to come in from the cold. Er, the heat. Whatever.

In comments in this thread after the July 7th attack on London, a comment was posted “The Chip Franklin show has been informative this week because Chip is on vacation and Bruce Elliott is taking his place.” (I think the commenter was actually referring to this post).
Chip apparently found the “‘Barbaric’ is Right” thread, his response? Posted tonight: “Love you too.”
I hope you at least had a good vacation, Chip.
