Congrats to whoever in Baltimore County’s Department of Works (or whoever controls the roads) for installing an (as yet) unfunctioning traffic signal at the intersection of McCormack Rd. and International Circle. That’s always been a bitch of an intersection, hopefully less so once it’s running.
