Ridgeland is a short road located in Cockeysville that connects Cranbrook Road to Warren Road. Although it is short, it is divided by an island, and each lane is wide enough to accomodate two cars side-by-side.

On my way home from making an ATM deposit at the machine in the Giant Food, I turned onto Ridgeland, and as I approached Cranbrook, a car turned onto Ridgeland. Unfortunatly, the car turned short of the island, and headed right for me.

I’m quite certain that the person driving the car made an honest mistake. They’re new to the area, it’s dark out, they don’t know about the island. Anyway, I cut over to the right to let them get past, and just started laughing when the window rolled down, a hand with an extended middle finger shot out, and some punk dipshit from inside screamed out, “WRONG SIDE OF THE ROAD MOTHER FUCKER!”

I was laughing, the Mexicans who always hang out at the bus stop and who overheard this exchange were laughing, as a matter of fact, I think if you’re reading this post, you should be laughing too.

I wonder if the punk dipshit was laughing when, just before I made my left-hand turn onto Cranbrook, I noticed several cars trying to turn onto Ridgeland from Warren. I wonder if he screamed “WRONG SIDE OF THE ROAD MOTHER FUCKER!” at them, and I wonder if, in return, they all screamed “YES YOU ARE YOU RETARDED PUNK DIPSHIT!”

In my imagination, it is so.

And thusly, I am happy.
