Can you say, “Extra Credit”?

Can you say, “Extra Credit”?
We were discussing “witch riding” in various American subgroups — black Roman Catholics in Lousianna and white Puritans in New England — in folklore class. Silly blonde girl on my right looked very unsure of what the professor was saying during his lecture, quite possibly because she wasn’t making the distinction between “witch” and “which.” (To be truthful, it did throw me for a loop the first time he said “which”, but then I adjusted, because, duh, two different words, and the context — you would think — would be the clue).
Should I blow off my night class to see “Casino Royale“, or should I go to a post-class showing?
Whichever, I’m looking forward to a laid back day of classes.
