I would call.

My dogs rarely bark but if they do it’s because they want to go out or they hear the neighbors dogs barking. I live in a single home and although the houses are spread far apart but I know my neighbors don’t want to hear my dogs yapping their little heads off. :-)

I hope you post the results as I have the same problem. Everynight about 11pm a neighbor puts his dog out to bark for about an hour. He does the same thing again about 5am and the entire neighborhood is sick of it.

We have a barking law in my city, so if it keeps up, there is gonna be some trouble!

Some people shouldn’t be allowed to have pet rocks, let alone dogs. Call the landlord–the commenters who said that a dog who barks on and on isn’t being cared for decently is RIGHT.

Oh I can so relate to your dilemma. My nieghbir has a dog that loves to back in the wee hours of the morning. I have reported it to bylaw but it hasn’t helped. I shall try again & hopefully then she will realize how serious I am.
She leaves her dog outside 24/7

I’ve got three dogs, and we live in a house, with a large, fenced yard, and I never, ever, have let them bark on and on without end. As soon as we hear them bark at a neighbor, we bring them inside. Inconsiderate dog owners are a pain in the ass. Inconsiderate dog owners who aren’t even allowed to have dogs in the first place are even worse. Leave the note. Anonymous, if you want to, but leave it.
