I’m an IKEA guy, I won’t lie.

So when I found out that IKEA was building houses, too, I got all excited. Look, I’m not exactly the world’s wealthiest pizza delivery guy. And while I expect my financial fortunes to gradually change once I finally finish my degree, I don’t know that I’ll ever be in a position to buy a house in the existing still-inflated Baltimore housing market.

My big concern with an IKEA house … is reading the directions and putting it together.
