Trying to upgrade to service pack 3, but the only DL I can find is for IT pros upgrading multiple computers. From the looks of it, you do not have Administrator rights on the machine. That seems odd, however, given how normal installs of Windows are done from OEMs like Dell, HP, etc. You have two options: 1.)
